6. Payment Terms

Services are invoiced based on an agreed quotation. Payment terms are typically net 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur penalties as specified in the quotation or contract.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
